In addition, it has a revolutionary battery-powered non-invasive sensor to bring connectivity to non-connected machines. The sensor measures machine vibrations and uses artificial intelligence to interpret machine utilisation and predict failure using a unique vibratory signature for each machine.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Direct and oversee MachineMax’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Job description

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Customer relations management and customer service.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Qualifications for Business Development Manager

  • Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to pitch enterprise products and services to C-suite executives and Promoters 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
